Note from Happybottomus: We have been THRILLED with this detergent. Our clothes are actually clean, really truly clean. No residue, no fragrance, no extra stuff. Our clothes smell like what they are, fabric! It has even gotten the Missouri musty smell out of our towels. And I KNOW that there is no residue in my cloth diapers. I know that my baby's bottom is safe from harmful chemicals and that I'm protecting the environment around him. One scoop of Charlie's soap to my regular laundry does the trick. I spray my poopy diapers with a disinfectant and wash with one scoop of Charlie's soap. Because Charlie's soap is an all natural detergent it requires a disinfectant to kill the bacteria that digest the food in our stomachs and comes out in our stools.
