How to fold a Chinese Prefold Diaper Basic Fold

1. Lay the diaper flat lengthwise in front of you

2. Bring the two sides of the diaper in towards the center folding into thirds.

3. Fan out the top of the diaper to fit inside of a diaper cover or to use when pinning or using a snappi fastener.

This is the most basic of folds and from this point the diaper can be laid in a cover, pinned or fastened with a Snappi Fastener.

How to fold a Chinese Prefold Diaper for use with a Velcro or Snap Cover

1. Lay the diaper flat lengthwise in front of you

2. Fold the bottom of the diaper up towards the center. Adjusting the length to fit your baby and/or her diaper cover.

3. Fold one side of the diaper in towards the center as shown above.

4. Fold in the remaining side and tuck in to the previously folded side to help keep it in place.

5. Lay the diaper in your diaper wrap and fasten.

How to fold a Chinese Prefold Diaper using the Bikini / Twist Method

1. Lay the diaper flat lengthwise in front of you

2. Turn the bottom of the diaper over twisting once in the center.

3. Bring the diaper up between babies legs and fasten on each side using diaper pins or a Snappi Fastener.
